Q: How much do the programs cost?

Q: How do I sign up?
A: You can sign up anytime, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day...online, by phone, or through the mail. We accept all major Credit Cards and Checks. Joining is simple and only takes a couple of minutes.

Q: How soon can I use the program?
A: Once you sign up online or over the phone, your membership will be activated within one business day. There is no waiting period. You can go to the dentist and start saving money. All ongoing dental / medical problems are accepted except orthodontic treatment already in progress. You will need to have your Membership card to use the Vision, Prescription, and Chiropractic care.

Q: How do I find a provider in my area?
A: A directory of providers will be mailed to all members as part of your Member Information Guide. Nationwide, there are more than 30,000 dental providers, 50,000 pharmacies, 12,000 vision care providers and 7,500 chiropractors. To locate a provider near you, please click here. You can change providers at any time.

Q: What if my current provider is not listed?
A: You will enjoy the program discounts only when you see a provider within our network. You may choose to refer your provider to join the AmeriPlan® network. A form can be supplied to have the company contact your provider to become a member. All dentists currently within our network are fully credentialed. Their offices have been inspected and comply with AmeriPlan®'s high standards.

Q: How much discount do members receive?
A: Members save up to 80% on preventative work (teeth cleaning, x-rays, etc.) performed by a general dentist and up to 65% on restorative and cosmetic work (fillings, crowns, braces, etc). Q: Are there any limits or restrictions?
A: There are no limits whatsoever. There are no yearly maximums. You can go to the dentist as often as you like and always get services you need at discounted prices. There are no age limits. Everyone is guaranteed acceptance into the program. All ongoing dental / medical problems are accepted except orthodontic treatment already in progress, even if you have had a dental problem for a long time.

Q: Is this insurance?
A: No. This is a non-insurance, reduced fee-for-service program. Members receive discounts based on our group's tremendous purchasing power. The out-of-pocket payments you make to the provider are based on a "members-only" discounted fee schedule. Other advantages include no waiting periods, instant savings, no paper work, no age limits. A: Yes, you can join and use this program even if you are a member of other Insurance plans. Your membership fee will be refunded. Please be aware that the one-time administrative fee and money paid for healthcare services and products are not refundable.
